As an individual taking Online Training courses that is NOT associated with a Company on Contract with us you may simply go to our homepage and click the Register button.
If you are associated with a Company on Contract with us, your manager should provide you with the Company and Signup Codes.* If your Manager does not have these codes please have the manager contact Jennifer at 661-377-8300 and she will be able to provide them.
2) How long does it take to get the results of the course?Each section of the selected course has a brief test so you will know how you are doing as you go along. At the end of the course there is a comprehensive test covering all sections and it will tell you at the time of taking the test what your score is. You will also receive an email with your final test results.
*If you are affiliated with a company that has requested you to take these tests, both you and your manager will also receive an email with your test results. If you are not able to complete the entire course during your initial session an email will also be sent showing your progress.
3) How long does it take to complete a training course?
Each course varies on content and each person learns at a different pace. The average seems to be approximately an hour for each course to be thoroughly completed.
4) What if I run out of time before completing the course?
The course keeps track of where you left off of the last completed Section and allows you to resume where you need to pick up again the next time you log in.
5) What Online Training Courses are available?More courses are being made available online all the time so the best place to see the up to date current listing is after you login, there is a selection for View Available Courses.
6) How much do the Online Training Courses cost?
All prices will be noted prior to your registering. Prices are subject to change.7) Is it safe to submit personal information online at CSTCtrainer.com?
8) Can I cancel my order?
There are no cancellation refunds applicable; you have 30 days to complete the registered course.
9) How do I get a refund?
Once an online training course has been completed the services are considered to be rendered and therefore not refundable. Refunds are not issued for training sessions..
